The fastest route

Use the report button on the story, comment, answer or Meet profile itself. It sends the moderators the exact item plus its context, which is far quicker than an email.

Report by email

If you cannot reach the button, write to safety@thailandstoryhub.com with a link, a short description and the date it happened. Do not include screenshots of private messages from other people unless you are the recipient.

Urgent cases

Anything involving a minor, a credible threat of violence, or an immediate risk to someone's safety: contact the local police first, then report it to us so we can lock the account.

What happens next

Every report is read by a moderator, usually within 24 hours.

• We review the reported item and the account history
• We remove content, warn, suspend or close the account as needed
• We tell you the outcome, without sharing private details about the other person
• Blocking someone is instant and never tells them you blocked them
