Terms and conditions

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 to hold an account, and at least 18 to use Meet Thailand. One person, one account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your login.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you write and upload. By publishing on the hub you give us a non-exclusive licence to display, edit lightly for clarity, and promote that work on the site and its social channels.

You confirm you have the right to publish the words and images you upload, including permission from recognisable people in photographs.

3. Acceptable use

The following will get content removed and can end your account:

• Illegal content, or content promoting illegal activity
• Sexual content involving minors, or any doubt about someone's age
• Escort, transactional or commercial sexual services
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or doxxing
• Scams, phishing, malware and spam
• Impersonating another person or organisation

4. Moderation

Editors may edit, unpublish, or decline any submission. Moderators may suspend accounts. Where possible we tell you why and give you a route to reply.

5. Liability

Stories are personal accounts, not professional advice on travel, law, visas, health or relationships. Use your own judgement, especially when meeting people in person.

6. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms.
